‘Our students were so proud to take part in the Exhibition and really felt a sense of community and being empowered to know they can make a difference to the lives of others.’

‘It was an enriching process for the students. They had to empathize with the Cambodian children and think about how different their own lives were in comparison. Each class spent a lot of time researching then brainstorming and then followed that with formulating ideas. It was very challenging for the students to then decide how their message could be communicated in visual form. We still have 6 of the canvases on display in our library. Each collage is aesthetically effective and thought provoking. It was really powerful for the students to experience how their artwork can change the way people think.’
